60min Long Distance Reiki Treatment

Service Description

A 60-minute Reiki treatment offers an extended and immersive experience, allowing for a deeper level of relaxation and energetic balancing. Here's a breakdown of what you can generally expect during a one-hour Holy Fire Reiki session: Introduction & Consultation: The session begins with a brief conversation between the client and the Reiki practitioner. This may involve discussing any specific concerns, goals for the session, or recent experiences that could impact the client's well-being. Set the Intention: The practitioner and client may take a few moments to set an intention for the session, creating a focused and positive energy for the healing process. Preparation & Relaxation: The client is invited to lie down on a treatment table, fully clothed. The practitioner may guide the client in deep-breathing exercises or relaxation techniques to help them unwind and enter a state of receptivity. Extended Reiki Session: The practitioner channels Reiki energy by placing their hands gently on or near specific energy centers (chakras) on the client's body. The extended time allows for a more comprehensive energy balancing. The practitioner may intuitively move their hands to different areas as needed. Client Sensations & Experience: Clients often report various sensations, such as warmth, visual colours or images, and/or a profound sense of peace. This extended time allows for a more profound connection with the energy flow, leading to deeper emotional releases and insights. Closing & Integration: Towards the end of the 60-minute session, the practitioner gently concludes the energy work. The client is given time to slowly reorient themselves before a brief discussion about the experience. The practitioner may offer intuitive insights or guidance, and the client can share their thoughts or ask questions. Recommendations & Self-Care: Depending on the client's needs, there may be a discussion about self-care practices or recommendations for maintaining balance and well-being. The client is encouraged to take a few moments for themselves before leaving the session. Please note: HF Reiki can be sent anywhere at anytime, I do not need to have any contact with you, so if you don't find a time available please email me and I can send the Reiki to you while you are sleeping or out and about!
