Service Description

A 45-minute Holy Fire Reiki treatment is a deeply relaxing and therapeutic session that focuses on balancing and harmonizing the body's energy centers. Here is what you can generally expect during a 45-minute Reiki treatment: Welcoming & Consultation: The session typically begins with a brief conversation between the client and the Reiki practitioner. This may include discussing any specific areas of concern, goals for the session, or any recent experiences affecting the client's well-being. Settling In: The client is then invited to lie down on a treatment table, fully clothed. The practitioner may guide the client in a few minutes of deep breathing or relaxation techniques to help them settle into a calm and receptive state. HF Reiki Session: The heart of the session involves the practitioner placing their hands gently on or near specific energy centers (chakras) on the client's body. The practitioner channels the Holy Fire Reiki energy, a universal life force energy, directed connected to the Highest Level of Consciousness, to promote a sense of balance, relaxation, and healing. The hands may remain in one position for a few minutes before moving to other areas. Client Sensations: Clients often report various sensations during a Reiki session, such as warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of relaxation. Some may also experience emotional releases or a feeling of energy flowing through their body. Closing & Discussion: Towards the end of the 45-minute session, the practitioner gently concludes the energy work. The client is given a few moments to reorient themselves before a brief discussion about the session. The practitioner may share any insights or observations, and the client has the opportunity to ask questions or share their experiences. Recommendations: Depending on the client's needs and the practitioner's approach, there may be a brief discussion about self-care practices or recommendations for maintaining balance and well-being. Please note: HF Reiki can be sent anywhere at anytime, I do not need to have any contact with you, so if you don't find a time available please email me and I can send the Reiki to you while you are sleeping or out and about!
